Sylane N.S. is a small rural school in the parish of Corofin, located five miles outside Tuam in County Galway, Ireland.
Our school was first established in 1852, making it one of the oldest operating schools in the country and we are very proud of its rich history.
Today Sylane N.S. is a thoroughly modern school, home to ninety pupils, six teachers and two assistants.
It is our aim that each child will be happy in our school and will achieve his or her full potential.
We hope our website is of great benefit to our pupils, parents and friends and we hope it will provide an insight into the busy and varied life at Sylane N.S.
